A pleasant Sunday, and a very different Sunday from the perspective of a Vascoiite. The reason to smile was because, the press articles in the newspapers had positive stories of the excellent IT event happening in Vasco. Large crowds, mingling with technology bots at the Ravindra Bhavan, discussing interacting and experiencing futuristic technologies was the order of the day. People of all age groups exposed to new dreams and a bright career in the field of IT, Robotics, Gaming, IT Security,Telecom and host of other technologies enjoyed every minute of their being around the various stalls.
The day ended with recognition of personnel contributing to the EXPO, prize distribution to new talent and a wonderful entertainment program with beautiful dance performances by Team Impana Kulkarni, Baby Inchara Udupa, Vocal simulation of Amitabh Bachchan Melodies by Project Manager S Fernandes, Song renditions by Mr. M D Ubale in dual vocals (male and female).The stage show at the Auditorium Hall of Ravindra Bhavan was successfully compered by Mr. Nirmesh Tyagi who also delivered a lilting melody.
Winners of the Singing Competition were awarded with cash prizes and 3 lucky visitors were chosen from the Drop Box Collection of Lucky Entry Coupons. President of CDFG delivered an exemplary report of the IT EXPO at the same time appreciating all involved in the succesfull conduct of the show. The Project Manager proposed the Vote of Thanks.
