| General Terms and conditions for services offered / Items sold | |
| 1 | All types of services(Warranty / non warranty) provided by us are charged please confirm the service charges before you proceed. |
| 2 | Warranty services provided by authorised service centers/Customer care only. Only information can be provided by us. Onsite warranty only by the company which has to be claimed through logging the complaint over toll free number. |
| 3 | Please check your material before leaving the service centre. There is no warranty on service |
| 4 | Warranty is void in case of physical Damage/Burnt/Corrode as per manufacturer’s terms. |
| 5 | Peripherals bought from us are exclusive of installation and labour charges extra |
| 6 | Onsite calls outside city limits will be billed extra petrol charges. |
| 7 | If multiple PCs are rectified, It will be billed separately. |
| 8 | We do not support piracy. |
| 9 | Taxes : GST will be charged extra |
